SMS / Text Messaging Program

About the program. Jaw Relief Lab (Hello Hands LLC) operates a non-marketing SMS program for customers and prospective customers who opt in. When you provide your mobile number and consent on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from us about your application, appointment confirmations and reminders, information about how to prepare for your consultation and what to bring, account notifications, and replies from our customer support team. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency and rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 6 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opting out and getting help. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 929-552-6466. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers and delivery. Delivery of messages depends on your wireless carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported.
